At Meta I was New York's second recruiter. Over eleven years I hired 400+ people and designed the company's first global structured interviewing program, which standardized 10,000+ interviews a year. At Vidmob I was the first People hire — I built the entire function from scratch, sat on the executive leadership team, and hired 200+ people globally with a 95% offer acceptance rate. At Flowcode I advised Tim Armstrong on all things talent. At Demandbase I rebuilt Talent Acquisition into a data-driven hiring engine: 225 hires in nine months, time-to-hire cut in half, and an onsite-to-offer ratio that went from 11:1 to 8:1.
My background is in org design and systems thinking, and I've always loved to build. So I tend to go a layer deeper — into the systems, agents, and workflows that make the work actually run. The AI builds on this site are that instinct, applied to my own work.
